Were seeking an enthusiastic and friendly hostel receptionist to join our vibrant team in the heart of Bangkok. This is a fantastic opportunity for backpackers who want to extend their stay in Thailand while working in a social, multicultural environment.

As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers from around the world. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer guest questions, provide travel recommendations, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. The role involves working both day and evening shifts, giving you flexibility to explore Bangkok during your off hours.

Our hostel is located near Khao San Road and offers a perfect base for experiencing Bangkoks incredible street food, temples, and nightlife. Youll be part of a close-knit team of international staff members who share a passion for travel and hospitality.

Requirements & Skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and booking software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
  • Previous hostel or hotel experience
  • Knowledge of Bangkok attractions and travel routes
  • Social media or content creation skills

15,000 THB/month

In addition to your salary, youll receive a private room in our staff accommodation (air-conditioned with WiFi), two meals per day, and comprehensive training on our booking systems and hospitality standards.
